Pembroke is a city in Christian County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 797 at the 2000 census. Settled in 1836, the city is named for a character in the novel Thaddeus of Warsaw. It is part of the Clarksville, TN–KY Metropolitan Statistical Area. Sometimes to save time, residents will just refer to Pembroke as part of Oak Grove, Kentucky.
