Legal Malpractice attorneys typically represent clients in legal malpractice claims against other attorneys. Ethics and professional responsibility cases arise when an attorney fails to perform according to the standards of professional conduct required of all attorneys, or when an attorney mishandles a case and causes harm to the position of their client.
Arlington is a city in Tarrant County, Texas within the Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington metropolitan area. According to the 2007 census estimate, the city had an estimated population of 374,417.
