Ethics and professional responsibility cases arise when an attorney fails to perform according to the standards of professional conduct required of all attorneys, or when an attorney mishandles a case and causes harm to the position of their client.
Lincoln is an historic unincorporated village in the Loudoun Valley of Loudoun County, Virginia, located approximately 1.5 miles (2.4 km) south of Purcellville.
