The rights afforded to consumers by lemon laws may exceed the warranties expressed in purchase contracts. Lemon law is the common nickname for these laws, but each state has different names for the laws and acts.
Quinter is a city in Gove County, Kansas, United States. The population was 961 at the 2000 census. Castle Rock is located south of the city. The city received some slight national publicity in November 2006 when longtime resident Waldo McBurney, age 104, was proclaimed the oldest worker in the United States.
