Lemon laws provide a remedy for purchasers of cars that repeatedly fail to meet standards of quality and performance. These cars are called lemons. The federal lemon law, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, protects citizens of all states. State lemon laws vary by state and may not necessarily cover used or leased cars. The rights afforded to consumers by lemon laws may exceed the warranties expressed in purchase contracts. Lemon law is the common nickname for these laws, but each state has different names for the laws and acts.
Wallburg is a town in Davidson County, North Carolina. It is incorporated, but was never recognized as a CDP by the US Census prior to its incorporation in 2004. It is largely along North North Carolina Highway 109, about 8 miles southeast of Winston-Salem and about 5 miles northwest of High Point, North Carolina, between the intersections with Gumtree Road and Shady Grove Church Road, at an elevation of 920 feet above sea level. Neighboring municipalities include Kernersville, Thomasville, High Point, and Midway.
