The rights afforded to consumers by lemon laws may exceed the warranties expressed in purchase contracts. Salineville is a village in southwestern Columbiana County, Ohio, United States. The population was 1,397 at the 2000 census. The Civil War Battle of Salineville, which ended Morgan's Raid and resulted in the capture of Confederate General John Hunt Morgan, took place near Salineville in July 26, 1863.
