Hearne is a city in Robertson County, Texas, United States. The population was 4,690 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Bryan-College Station metropolitan area. Hearne was subject to heavy flooding on May 13, 2004 when 17 inches (430 mm) of rain fell in an hour. General aviation service is provided by Hearne Municipal Airport.
