Plantersville is an unincorporated community in Grimes County, Texas, United States. It is located at the junction of State Highway 105 and FM 1774 in southeastern Grimes County, approximately 12 miles southeast of Navasota and 32 miles west of Conroe. According to the Handbook of Texas, the community had an estimated population of 212 in 2000. Although Plantersville is unincorporated, the community has a post office .
