In a merger, the company that continues to exist retains its name and identity and acquires the assets, liabilities, franchises, and powers of the corporation that ceases to exist. The Marble Falls Post Office is located in the parking lot of the now defunct theme park called Dogpatch USA. Marble Falls is part of the Harrison Micropolitan Statistical Area.
