Wallace is a town in Codington County, South Dakota, United States. It is part of the Watertown, South Dakota Micropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 86 at the 2000 census. Wallace is the birthplace of Hubert Humphrey, the Vice President of the United States from 1965-1969.
