Citrus Heights is a city in Sacramento County, California, USA. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 85,071. As of 2006, the city's total increased to 86,883. Citrus Heights is part of the Sacramento–Arden-Arcade–Roseville Metropolitan Statistical Area.
