Military law only applies to those in military service but is enforced during war and peace. Attorneys represent active-duty military personnel, military reservists, and former military personnel with "veteran" status. Military law cases may involve court-martial proceedings under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, and the re-employment rights of reserve military personnel called to active duty.
Clermont is a city in Lake County, Florida, United States, west of Orlando. The population was 9,333 at the 2000 census. The City is essentially residential in character and its economy is primarily centered in retail trade as well as lodging and food and beverage establishments, which are tourism oriented. The historic downtown district is still much as it was 50 years ago and is a beautiful location for Clermont's many community events. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area. The Florida Citrus Tower, one of the first constructed Florida landmarks, is located in Clermont. The tower celebrated its 50th anniversary in December 2006.
