Native Peoples Law is the area of law related to those peoples indigenous to the continent at the time of European colonization specifically Native Indians, Native Hawaiians, Alaska Natives and other native groups. Attorneys who practice native peoples law handle cases involving disputes related to the limited power of the federal government to regulate tribe property and activity, and cases involving unlawful discrimination against native peoples.
Fort Valley is a city in and the county seat of Peach County, Georgia, United States. The population was 8,005 at the 2000 census. Fort Valley is the corporate headquarters of the Blue Bird Corporation, a large manufacturer of buses. The city is home to Fort Valley State University, a Historically Black College and University. The city is in the Macon metropolitan area.
