Attorneys who practice native peoples law handle cases involving disputes related to the limited power of the federal government to regulate tribe property and activity, and cases involving unlawful discrimination against native peoples.
Kirklin is a town in Kirklin Township, Clinton County, Indiana, United States. The population was 766 at the 2000 census. The town was named for Nathan Kirk, a local pioneer settler.
