Native Peoples Law is the area of law related to those peoples indigenous to the continent at the time of European colonization specifically Native Indians, Native Hawaiians, Alaska Natives and other native groups. Attorneys who practice native peoples law handle cases involving disputes related to the limited power of the federal government to regulate tribe property and activity, and cases involving unlawful discrimination against native peoples.
Germantown is a city in Bracken and Mason Counties in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The population was 190 at the 2000 census. The Bracken County portion of Germantown is part of the Cincinnati–Middletown, OH-KY-IN Metropolitan Statistical Area, while the Mason County portion is part of the Maysville, KY Micropolitan Statistical Area.
