Native Peoples Law is the area of law related to those peoples indigenous to the continent at the time of European colonization specifically Native Indians, Native Hawaiians, Alaska Natives and other native groups. Attorneys who practice native peoples law handle cases involving disputes related to the limited power of the federal government to regulate tribe property and activity, and cases involving unlawful discrimination against native peoples.
Rhodelia is an unincorporated rural community in Meade County, Kentucky, United States. It is a small community that lies a few miles west of Brandenburg on KY 144 near it's intersection with Rhodes Road and south of KY 144's intersection with KY 259. Near Rhodelia is St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
