Native Peoples Law is the area of law related to those peoples indigenous to the continent at the time of European colonization specifically Native Indians, Native Hawaiians, Alaska Natives and other native groups. Attorneys who practice native peoples law handle cases involving disputes related to the limited power of the federal government to regulate tribe property and activity, and cases involving unlawful discrimination against native peoples.
Wayzata is a city in Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States and a western suburb of Minneapolis and known as one of the top three wealthiest communities within Minnesota and higher ranking areas to live within the Central United States. Wayzata came into existence in the center of Chief Shakopee's Indian village. The population was 4,113 at the 2000 census.
