Native Peoples Law is the area of law related to those peoples indigenous to the continent at the time of European colonization specifically Native Indians, Native Hawaiians, Alaska Natives and other native groups. Attorneys who practice native peoples law handle cases involving disputes related to the limited power of the federal government to regulate tribe property and activity, and cases involving unlawful discrimination against native peoples.
Lonedell is an unincorporated community in eastern Franklin County, Missouri, United States. It is about eight miles east of St. Clair on Route 30, or about an hour southwest of Saint Louis.
