Native Peoples Law is the area of law related to those peoples indigenous to the continent at the time of European colonization specifically Native Indians, Native Hawaiians, Alaska Natives and other native groups. Attorneys who practice native peoples law handle cases involving disputes related to the limited power of the federal government to regulate tribe property and activity, and cases involving unlawful discrimination against native peoples.
Ridgedale is an unincorporated community in southern Taney County, Missouri, United States. It lies about ten miles south of Branson on U.S. Route 65 near the Arkansas state line. Several homes, a few businesses, and a post office are located there. The community is part of the Branson, Missouri Micropolitan Statistical Area.
