Native Peoples Law is the area of law related to those peoples indigenous to the continent at the time of European colonization specifically Native Indians, Native Hawaiians, Alaska Natives and other native groups. Attorneys who practice native peoples law handle cases involving disputes related to the limited power of the federal government to regulate tribe property and activity, and cases involving unlawful discrimination against native peoples.
Rosendale is a city in Andrew County, Missouri, United States. The population was 180 at the 2000 census. Prior to 1881, Rosendale was known as Ogle Mills. It was later named after roses that grew in the area. Rosendale is part of the St. Joseph, MO–KS Metropolitan Statistical Area.
