Rueter is an unincorporated community in Taney County, Missouri, United States. Located at western intersection of U.S. Route 160 and Route 125, it is the site of a post office and a few homes. Mark Twain School R-8 is also listed as being in Rueter, Although it is not within the town limits. Rueter is part of the Branson, Missouri Micropolitan Statistical Area.
