Attorneys who practice native peoples law handle cases involving disputes related to the limited power of the federal government to regulate tribe property and activity, and cases involving unlawful discrimination against native peoples.
Newbury is a town in Merrimack County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 1,702 at the 2000 census. Newbury is home to part of Lake Sunapee, including Mount Sunapee State Park Beach.
