Native Peoples Law is the area of law related to those peoples indigenous to the continent at the time of European colonization specifically Native Indians, Native Hawaiians, Alaska Natives and other native groups. Attorneys who practice native peoples law handle cases involving disputes related to the limited power of the federal government to regulate tribe property and activity, and cases involving unlawful discrimination against native peoples.
The Village of Sea Cliff is located within the Town of Oyster Bay in Nassau County, New York. As of the United States 2000 Census, the village population was 5,066. The village is part of the North Shore School District. The headquarters of the snack food company Robert's American Gourmet Food, producer of popular snack food Pirate's Booty, is located in the village.
