Attorneys who practice native peoples law handle cases involving disputes related to the limited power of the federal government to regulate tribe property and activity, and cases involving unlawful discrimination against native peoples.
Fessenden is a city in Wells County, North Dakota in the United States. It is the county seat of Wells County. The population was 625 at the 2000 census. Fessenden was founded in 1893.
