Attorneys who practice native peoples law handle cases involving disputes related to the limited power of the federal government to regulate tribe property and activity, and cases involving unlawful discrimination against native peoples.
Rolla is a city in Rolette County, North Dakota in the United States. It is the county seat of Rolette County. The population was 1,417 at the 2000 census. Rolla was founded in 1888 and has a small park and a small outdoor pool.
