Native Peoples Law is the area of law related to those peoples indigenous to the continent at the time of European colonization specifically Native Indians, Native Hawaiians, Alaska Natives and other native groups. Attorneys who practice native peoples law handle cases involving disputes related to the limited power of the federal government to regulate tribe property and activity, and cases involving unlawful discrimination against native peoples.
Clayton is a city in Montgomery and Miami Counties in the U.S. state of Ohio. The population was 13,347 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Dayton Metropolitan Statistical Area. In 1998, Clayton merged with the remainder of Montgomery County's Randolph Township.
