Native Peoples Law is the area of law related to those peoples indigenous to the continent at the time of European colonization specifically Native Indians, Native Hawaiians, Alaska Natives and other native groups. Attorneys who practice native peoples law handle cases involving disputes related to the limited power of the federal government to regulate tribe property and activity, and cases involving unlawful discrimination against native peoples.
Emlenton is a borough in Venango and Clarion Counties in Pennsylvania. The population was 784 at the 2000 census. The borough is also home to the I-80 Emlenton Bridge, which spans the Allegheny River.
