Native Peoples Law is the area of law related to those peoples indigenous to the continent at the time of European colonization specifically Native Indians, Native Hawaiians, Alaska Natives and other native groups. Attorneys who practice native peoples law handle cases involving disputes related to the limited power of the federal government to regulate tribe property and activity, and cases involving unlawful discrimination against native peoples.
Owen is a city in Clark County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The population was 936 at the 2000 census, but was 982 as of 2008. Owen is located directly east of the village of Withee, which is about half the size of Owen.
