Attorneys who work with non-profit organizations help in establishing and operating a non-profit within the requirements of the law, deal with issues of taxation, corporate governance, telephone solicitation and charitable fraud.
Brookside is a former mining town, predominantly settled by Eastern European immigrants, located in western Jefferson County, Alabama, United States. As of the 2000 census, the population of the town is 1,393. The Mayor is Roger McCondiche, a retired Insurance Salesman.
