Murtaugh is a city in Twin Falls County, Idaho, United States. The population was 139 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Twin Falls, Idaho Micropolitan Statistical Area. Murtaugh is named after Mark Murtaugh, who oversaw a local irrigation project.
