A non-profit organization (abbreviated as NPO, also known as a not-for-profit organization) is an organization that does not distribute its surplus funds to owners or shareholders, but instead uses them to help pursue its goals. Examples of NPOs include charities (i.e. charitable organizations), trade unions, and public arts organizations. Spring Lake Park is a city in Anoka and Ramsey counties in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The population was 6,772 at the 2000 census. The city lies mainly in Anoka County. Minnesota State Highways 47 and 65 and County Highway 10 are three of the main arterial routes in the city.
