Examples of NPOs include charities (i.e. charitable organizations), trade unions, and public arts organizations. Attorneys who work with non-profit organizations help in establishing and operating a non-profit within the requirements of the law, deal with issues of taxation, corporate governance, telephone solicitation and charitable fraud.
North Branch is a city in Chisago County, Minnesota, United States, located at the junction of Interstate 35 and Minnesota State Highway 95. The population was 8,023 at the 2000 census. It is named for the north branch of the Sunrise River, which flows through the city.
