Attorneys who work with non-profit organizations help in establishing and operating a non-profit within the requirements of the law, deal with issues of taxation, corporate governance, telephone solicitation and charitable fraud.
Ponder is a town in Denton County, Texas, United States. The population was 507 at the 2000 census. In 1934 Bonnie and Clyde attempted to rob the Ponder State Bank, only to discover it had gone broke the week before.
