Toksook Bay is a village on Nelson Island in Alaska. As of the 2000 census the population was 532, making it the largest village on the island. Toksook Bay was established in 1964 by residents of nearby Nightmute. Almost the entire population are members of the Alaska Native Nunakauyak Tribe, who rely on fishing and other subsistence activities.
