Consumers who are injured because of a fault with a product that the consumers had no ability to protect themselves against may recover against the manufacturer under a theory of products liability.
Dexter is a village in Jefferson County, New York, United States. The population was 1,120 at the 2000 census. The name is derived from Dexter Borup, a local developer. The Village of Dexter is in the south part of the Town of Brownville and is west of Watertown.
