Real Estate Law refers to laws and regulations that regulate land and things permanently fixed to the land such as a building. Real estate is synonymous of real property and sometimes called realty. Northbridge is a town in Worcester County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 13,182 at the 2000 census. The Northbridge Town Hall is located at 7 Main Street in Whitinsville.
