The Town of Huntington is a town located on the North Shore of Long Island, in northwestern Suffolk County, New York. Just east of Nassau County, it was founded in 1653. Huntington is part of the New York metropolitan area. As of the United States 2000 Census, the town population was 195,289.

Real Estate Law refers to laws and regulations that regulate land and things permanently fixed to the land such as a building. Real estate is synonymous of real property and sometimes called realty.
