Elbe is a census-designated place (CDP) in Pierce County, Washington, Washington, United States. The population was 21 at the 2000 census. The Mt. Rainier Scenic Railroad begins its excursion trains in Elbe, with seasonal tours to Mineral Lake, just 3 miles south.
