A security is a type of transferable interest representing financial value. Securities may take a number of different forms, including stocks, bonds, notes, collateral trust certificates, voting trust certificates or investment contracts. Securities attorneys represent clients in transactions and legal disputes related to stocks, mutual funds, bonds, and initial public offerings (IPOs). Fletcher is an unincorporated community in western Jefferson County, Missouri, United States. It is located about ten miles west of De Soto. The community was founded in 1896 and is named for Missouri governor Thomas Clement Fletcher (1827–1899), who served 1865-1869.
