Securities may take a number of different forms, including stocks, bonds, notes, collateral trust certificates, voting trust certificates or investment contracts. Securities attorneys represent clients in transactions and legal disputes related to stocks, mutual funds, bonds, and initial public offerings (IPOs). Rosenberg is a city located in the U.S. state of Texas within Fort Bend County and is part of the Houston–Sugar Land–Baytown Metropolitan Area. The population was 24,043 at the 2000 census. A census estimate from July 2006 places the population at 31,846. The community holds the Rosenberg Czech Fest on the first weekend in May and the Fort Bend County fair in October.
