Uniontown is an unincorporated community in southeastern Perry County, Missouri. It is located on U.S. Route 61 ten miles southeast of Perryville. The community was founded in 1870. It was originally called Paitzdorf, and named after Paitzdorf, Germany where many settlers were from.
