Tax law is the codified system of laws that describes taxes on economic transactions. Tax attorneys advise and represent individuals and businesses on all types of tax issues -- including income tax, payroll tax, property tax, and estate and gift taxes. Tioga is an unincorporated village in northern Rapides Parish, Louisiana, United States. It is part of the Alexandria, Louisiana Metropolitan Statistical Area. It has long been served by Tioga High School, Tioga Junior High School, and Tioga Elementary schools. Tioga is also served by the Ward Ten Recreation District, which participates in Dixie Youth baseball and Dixie Girls softball. The Dixie Belles(ages 13–15) were the winner of the 2001 Dixie Belles World Series.
