What is traffic ticket cases?

A traffic ticket is a notice issued by a police officer to a motorist or other road user who fails to obey traffic laws. Traffic tickets generally come in two forms, a moving violation, such as exceeding the speed limit, or a non-moving violation, such as a parking ticket. Attorneys who handle traffic ticket or traffic violation cases represent drivers who have been pulled over and issued a ticket for offenses like speeding, running a stop sign or red light, mechanical violations, and reckless driving.
