A traffic ticket is a notice issued by a police officer to a motorist or other road user who fails to obey traffic laws. Traffic tickets generally come in two forms, a moving violation, such as exceeding the speed limit, or a non-moving violation, such as a parking ticket. Attorneys who handle traffic ticket or traffic violation cases represent drivers who have been pulled over and issued a ticket for offenses like speeding, running a stop sign or red light, mechanical violations, and reckless driving. A traffic tickets lawyer may fight imposition of a traffic violation conviction by challenging the citing observations of the officer and conclusions in making the stop and issuing the ticket.
Rosendale is a village in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 923 at the 2000 census. The village is located partially within the Town of Rosendale and partially within the Town of Springvale. Rosendale is located along Highways 23 and 26 and is approximately 15 miles from the major resort area of Green Lake. Because of this, speed limits are enforced heavily. Local businesses have in recent years begun to sell T-shirts which read "Rosendale: Just the Ticket!" In 2010, a Facebook group encouraging the boycott of Rosendale for "unfair police traffic entrapment" was set up and had several hundred members. When Rosendale got its first and only traffic light installed, the village had a celebration.
