Point Harbor, North Carolina is an unincorporated community located in Currituck County, North Carolina. The community is unincorporated but has an estimated permanent population of about 100. The community, along with Southern Shores, border towns to the main bridge that crosses the Currituck Sound. Point Harbor is best known for being "America's Home Town. " Also, Point Harbor has had a thriving music scene since 1999.

Public utilities provide electric, gas, water or telephone service to customers in a specified area. Utilities have a duty to provide safe and adequate service on reasonable terms to anyone who lives within the service area on without discriminating between customers.
