Generally, the local and state agencies are called Public Service Commissions (PSC) or Public Utility Commissions (PUC). Municipal Utilities and Rural Electric Cooperatives may be unregulated though.

John Jacob Rehrer was the son of Johan Gottfried Rehrer and Maria Magdalena (Etschberger) Rehrer. Many descendants of the Rehrer family still reside in Rehrersburg.
