Fair Play is an unincorporated community in southern Oconee County, South Carolina, United States, a few miles north of Lake Hartwell. Although it is unincorporated, it has a post office, with the ZIP Code of 29643. The population of the ZCTA for ZIP Code 29643 was 2,386 at the 2000 census. The community is also located close to Interstate 85.
