Attorneys who handle white collar crime cases represent clients who have been charged with committing non-violent, business-related criminal offenses for financial gain -- including embezzlement, securities fraud, tax evasion, and money laundering. White collar crime attorneys represent individuals or corporations at each stage of a criminal case.
