Acampo is a small unincorporated community just outside of Stockton in San Joaquin County, California, United States. It is the childhood place of Real & Chance of the reality television show I Love New York. In the 1870s, Acampo was named as a Southern Pacific Railroad station. The name comes from a Spanish word for "portion of the common given to the herds for pasture".
