Flanagan is a village in Livingston County, Illinois, United States. The population was 1,083 at the 2000 census. The high school and grade school are both located within the village limits. Flanagan is also home to Cody Mitchell, son of Jay Mitchell, heir to Flanagan throne and soon to be the holder of the corn cob key to the village when of age.
